Return/Refund Policy

DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED


1. You can always return items if they are defective or sent incorrectly. Please know that you must provide us with a written record of the reason for return or exchange within 48 hours of receiving the item

2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

3. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

EXCHANGES (if applicable)


4. We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or the wrong sizes delivered from our end.

5. We also offer an exchange if the customer does not fit their ordered sizes. In this case, the customer will have to pay 50% of the product’s price for the new item and return the previous address we sent.

6. Customer needs to return the product via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post at his own expense to our address.

7. No Return/Refund/Exchange will be provided on the CUSTOMIZED ORDER if the customer does not fit their ordered sizes.

8. No Return/Refund/Exchange will be provided on original shirts.

SHIPPING


9. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs and non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

10. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
